Our club is a dynamic, educational, social and a sports orientated non-profit association. We thrive on teamwork, self-confidence, trust and respect. We welcome girls and boys as of 4 years old.
Our club is affiliated to the Quebec Gymnastics Federation, competing in tumbling, mini-double trampoline, and Olympic trampoline. 2009 has been a remarkable year with 54 medals collected at regional, provincial, and national competitions. Furthermore, Canada sent their first Acrobatic Trio to the World Championships in Scotland last year, represented by three athletes from Les Gymnastes de L’Ile. A first in Canadian history!

We offer courses at all levels from recreational to competitive. We are looking for new athletes to join our dynamic team, with the possibility to try out for competitive, international duos and trios…former gymnasts are welcome!
